Refund & Cancellation Policy for Bricks Media Digital Marketing Solutions

Thank you for choosing Bricks Media for your digital marketing, design, and web development needs.

We take pride in delivering high-quality services tailored to your business, and to ensure transparency, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies across various services. Please carefully read these terms before engaging in any agreements with us.

1.Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management, etc.)

Refund Policy: 

  Once we begin work on any digital marketing campaign (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management, etc.) or after the agreement is signed, **no refunds will be issued**. Digital marketing strategies require time and effort to show results, and all resources are allocated immediately after work commences. Therefore, refunds are not possible.

Cancellation Policy: 

You may request to cancel any ongoing digital marketing services by providing written notice at least 15 days before the start of the next billing cycle. However, all payments made for services rendered up to the cancellation date will be non-refundable.

2.Design & Web Development

Refund Policy: 

Once work on your website design or development project begins, no refunds will be granted, including any setup or deposit fees. This is due to the immediate investment of time, design resources, and development efforts as soon as the project starts.

Cancellation Policy: 

Should you wish to cancel the project after it has commenced, you must provide written notice. Any payment made up until the cancellation request will not be refunded. Additionally, you will be required to compensate for any design or development work completed up until the time of cancellation.


3.Setup Fees

Refund Policy: 

All setup fees for digital marketing services, website design, or development are non-refundable. This includes any initial costs related to project initiation, software setup, or tools procurement.

4.Website Hosting Services

Refund Policy: 

Once website hosting services are activated and the hosting term has begun, no refunds will be provided for any hosting fees, regardless of the duration or service level purchased.

Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel your hosting service at any time, but there will be no refunds for any unused portion of the hosting period. If payment is due for any remaining term, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

5. Account Suspension

Suspension Due to Non-Payment: 

In the event of non-payment or outstanding dues, we reserve the right to suspend any ongoing services (including hosting, SEO, and design services). Once suspended, all services will remain inactive until the outstanding balance is cleared. No refunds will be provided for suspended accounts, and you will still be responsible for the full payment of services.
